Management overflowing with ego & attitude in such a manner that it is bent on ruining company business and image. 2. in one year of my tenure company lost almost 40% of the business just becoz of one senior person who is rulling the business like hell with his ego 3. comapny full of CHAPLOOSE including HR & entire HO team who do not want anyone to disturb their comfort and at ground level making life hell of team 4. unfortunately there is no one in company to take concerns of business and employee as owner itself has no interest in tecom business 5. only join the company if you have nothing to do and have great political mind 6. though clients are very good and supportive you will get pissed off of head office team.
