    Pros

Money is there to be made. Not a bad product.

    Cons

Management out for themselves . Very short term on area performance . Does not allow reps to gain ground before cutting them out unless you make them a large sum of money right away. Always felt fear of losing job because of stressing more money. Unable to get correct information on insurance paying for product. National sales director has issues with control.

    Advice to Management

Be good to your reps give them a chance don't make this company a swinging door for reps. Clients get tired of that and you bring in new person to area every 6 months they start over trying gain trust of clients all over makes no sense

    Positive Outlook

    Pros

Mostly friendly coworkers make coming to work less miserable and the company does try to do nice team building events on a monthly basis. There is a general sense of comradery between coworkers.

    Cons

The experience at the company seems highly dependent on the manager under whom you work. Because the standards for each department are variable, some find themselves working under a relatively lax manager and have a good experience while others find themselves working under somewhat tyrannical bosses who expect far more of their department than other managers do of theirs. Because of this, there is often a perception of departments being held to double standards which leads to negative feelings towards the management.

    Advice to Management

Holding every department to different standards is to some degree a plus in terms of allowing flexibility for very different jobs within the company. However, when the differences between the departments seem arbitrary and based on the whims of the management, the workers frequently feel like they are simply tools to be used rather than valued employees.
