      - Not bad for a graduate - Young team with good people - Lots of new experiences

      Cons

      - Management was terrible. - Not much help from senior management. - Hard work was never really recognised. - Expects you to be at work for 9 hours before any overtime is calculated, even if you worked over time, it doesn't get accounted for.

      Pros

      Mostly friendly team and management. Work from home flexibility is there but not much for graduates as there is a lot of time spend doing fieldworks onsite.

      You could be lucky or unlucky with team leads.
