I worked at ADP full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Good people, good support team, nice efforts to build teams in offsite meetings

Cons

What have you done for me lately? If you don't reach your quota, your job is in jeopardy. If you are struggling to get sales, you often get judgment rather than support, because your manager's salary depends on your performance.

Advice to Management

Be patient as reps grow into territory. Adjust quotas accordingly.

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at ADP full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Very stable
    Average salary
    Many opportunities for growth
    Decent benefits
    Overtime opportunities

    Cons

    Weak management
Rigid employment guidelines reward tenure while discouraging innovation
    Poor corporate communication from management
Silos of accountability discourage interdepartmental cooperation
Long hours required of employees to reach corporate objectives

    Advice to Management

None. ADP is a well oiled machine that does exactly what it means to do: generate value for stockholders. Employees are cattle and are often treated as such. This is less the fault of management and more the result of the culture of the organization.
