I have been working at ADP full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

ADP is a good compay to work that will heighten the quality of your resume. Highly regarded for their sale training.

Cons

Kinks in lead process. Could do a better job in employee's not engaing the same client for the same sale.

Advice to Management

Develop a better process when the same lead is worked on by two different asscoiates.

I worked at ADP full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The first 10 years were a great place to work under a certain CFO, employees were very important. EE's were proud to say they worked at ADP, we believed in our company and were pleased to put forth any extra effort needed to complete the job.

    Cons

The second 10 years after the CFO retired, the working environment went down hill quickly. New so called leadership started layoffs of very experienced EE's, outsourcing to India, China etc. Senior employees were looked as liability not as an asset. Employees are not people but just a number on a piece of paper.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your people not statistics on paper. Pay attention to your EE's, they have more of a perspective I feel than Management. Explain what is going on to the EE's, we are adults and need to be treated as such.

I have been working at ADP full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Plenty of leads and clients. The environment is great.

    Cons

Cold calling can be boring, but its only for an hour or so a day. The rest are current clients.
