I worked at ADP full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

All depends on the office. I worked with great people in my office. OK base, but if you follow the plan, you make 65K, plus expenses first year.

    Cons

It really is "boots on the ground" selling. Lots of cold calling - on the phone and going store to store. Some might like this though

    Advice to Management

    Eh, everything is good there.

I worked at ADP as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great experience, good resume builder

    Cons

Poor training, little involvement from my manager

    Advice to Management

Start sales training at the beginning and not the end of the internship. Being forced to make 30 calls an hour for 2 months is a put-off. I didn't even know what the job entailed until it was too late and I had decided against working there.
