    Pros

ADP is an awesome company to work for. It offers a very well structured and diverse working climate. The benefits are second to none, with a matching 401k and superb health, dental, and vision insurance. The company offers job security as well as offering the opportunity for upward mobility. Anyone would be lucky, and well pleased to work there.

    Cons

The only con that I can produce concerning ADP is the rigid scheduling. You may have lunch at 11 a.m. one day, and then lunch at 2 p.m. the next.

    Advice to Management

I feel as though ADP promotes and hires the best management possible, making it one of the best companies in the world to work for.

I have been working at ADP full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

great training program that teaches you a lot about products and the general art of selling to the small business market in the area

    Cons

the management is always changing and the turnover is very high based on unrealistic expectations and low base salary that doesn't incentivize workers to excel
