I have been working at ADP full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Laid-back environment, ability to work from home, great/cheap health benefits, pension, 401K matching and stock options.

    Cons

I only received one 2% raise in two years. I was told in the interview that I'd have career advancement opportunities but they promote based on seniority and not performance. I was brought on as a new hire after they acquired another company. Once I help put the nee processes in place to do the job I was laid off.

    Advice to Management

Promote and compensate based on performance and not based on seniority. Do away with the checklist that must be completed before a promotion can take place.

"Overall the work environment and office culture is ok, but can be improved. People are helpful and friendly."

I have been working at ADP full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There are many perks as an employee and access to health related services on-site, which is free. Also the company promotes health and wellness.

    Cons

You are monitored throughout your entire work day, since most work is computer based. There was limited training available and one had to seek for assistance and rely on help from team members in the unit.

    Advice to Management

I would recommend that managers be clear and concise on job roles. Most are not clear on the tasks that should be performed by their staff, rather they just delegate and there is no clarity on what exactly is expected by the employee.
