    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Competitive salaries, very strong sales culture, internal client support

    Cons

Top Management is out of touch. No communication. Highly tenured and experienced associates being terminated without warning or reasons.

    Advice to Management

Get in touch with the NAS associates, no one is listening or asking for feedback. These are tenured employees and most are looking outside. Your most valuable resource is your sales force. You are failing to treat employees with respect.

    Recommends
    Approves of CEO

    Pros

-Strong products for 80% of businesses
-Fair compensation for early level sales personnel
-Strong payroll brand name can get you in the door
-Lots of divisions to move to if you live in teh right city, not Denver

    Cons

-Service has been sliding for quite some time
-Business public percieves that the organization is so big that they don't really care about individual clients
-Try too hard to push an Enterprise talk track that half of the DMs cannot execute because they can't tie the loose ends together
-Takes an eternity to move up usually

    Advice to Management

-Find ways to utilize potential that doesn't just fit the corporate mold
-Stop shoving complex talk tracks down everyones throats
-Regional leadership should focus more on helping/allowing individuals to move across departmetns and forget the political BS
