Best Company to work for
Retirement Services District ManagerCurrent EmployeePros
You always have help, direction, and multiple partners to work with. The company has a great setup.
Cons
If you are the type of person that wants to completely work alone and completely manage your own schedule, you may not like the structure of having a team and partners to work with. It may seem like you are being micromanaged in the beginning but that is only to help you reach your success. Once you are up and running, you will have more freedom and flexibility.

Pros
The training is extensive and ongoing
Cons
As with many start-ups/newer platforms, you have to find your own way. But once you get into the groove, it becomes second nature.

Pros
It was close to home.
Cons
One of the worst IT jobs I ever had. Like being in a little boys club on a rudderless ship. ADP takes the word disorganization and raises the bar to a new level. Right hand has no clue what the left hand is doing in this organization. They all know that certain things that have outdated and incorrect information, but not one person takes the time to clean it up to make the job more efficient. Clean up aisle 6? Just use 5 and 7, and you'll be fine. Meetings are overrun with endless boring conversations of Disney, pickleball & Frisbee-golf. I worked here for over a year and we had a manager for about 2.5 months and he quit. They have had outage calls that lasted more than 2 days and you'll be stuck on these calls taking notes for other departments outages. The criticism from some loud employees in this department is too much to take!
