Pros
Fairly new employee since September but have been provided a great team of people to work with each day. Each day I get to see ADP walk the talk in how they treat their employees with kindness, respect and professionalism each day. I look forward to work with my team of employment tax specialist who each have years of expertise. ADP is a great place to have a career where many have been with the company over twenty years, some even as long as forty years which is an incredible testament to how they treat their employees.
Cons
No cons as far as I can see, but again only been here two months.
