      Decent starting pay, entry level CNC machining work if they allow you to do it. Good benefits. Paid time off. Lots of overtime if you want it.

      Cons

      Supervision/Management poor. Will collaborate against you if you go to HR. Shows blatant favoritism. Openly talks poorly about leaders and operators. Very little respect. Low professionalism.
