    Pros

One of the largest and top ranked engineering companies in the world.

    Cons

Management does not communicate well with the those working outside the office.
The field professionals do not see the same advancement opportunities, raises or bonuses that the office professionals and managers receive.

    Advice to Management

Take care of the managers, engineers, inspectors and all other professionals who work out of the office and in the field.

I worked at AECOM full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good coworkers, competitive benefits, access to interesting projects and worldwide opportunities if you want to move around

    Cons

Publicly traded, so a sudden drop in stock price will cause knee-jerk layoffs.

    Advice to Management

Ditch the 2020 goals for reasonable and sustainable ones in line with industry norms. Stop pitching ACM as a growth stock on Wall Street, realize your employees at the PM level and down are the lifeblood of the firm. Provide stability and a reasonable environment for them, or they'll continue to flee, and you will have then successfully run the company into the ground.
