      Pros

      They give you gas reimbursement and lots of supervision on your cases. You can constantly improve your skills.

      Cons

      The directors are very emotionally reactive. They take everything personally and take their frustration out on you. It is also a very isolating job - you are constantly driving back and forth, and you don’t see your coworkers often.
