    I worked at AEI

    Pros

Very respectful of your time as an intern, has professional development events at least once a week, and gives interns substantial work. They also provide amazing breakfast and lunch options each day!

    Cons

It is unpaid (but they do provide $300 monthly travel stipends and the free breakfasts and lunches)

I worked at AEI for less than a year

    Pros

The people in the building love AEI and there's a strong sense of unity.

    Cons

Because of intellectual diversity you won't see everything at AEI you want and how much you enjoy your works depends on the Scholar you're under. Jobs are filled when open so not a return-offer situation. Interns get a stipend (two get full coverage fo living expenses).
