hello - Electrician AEM Employee Review

Very stable busy company. They have offices out of 4 states. The human resource manager is the absolute best ever.

I have taken on many new responsibilities and learned quite a few new jobs and was still turned down when I asked for a raise

Small tight-knit community of co-workers. Time off on an as-needed basis, equipment, vehicles, and gear are all top-notch and of no cost to the average worker.

Multiple managers conflict with one another regularly. Little to no room for suggestions to upper management. Daily changes to travel schedules happen multiple times a week and are expected to be treated as just part of the job. In all reality, mismanagement of jobs, and uncertainty of conditions, paired with the reality that there isn't enough money spread to the operations/campaigns make a somewhat unsustainable travel life that the vast majority of workers won't stick with for more than a couple years
