    Opportunities for continuing education, decent benefits. The culture is friendly overall, but it really depends on what department you work in and what you do.

    Cons

    Lack of communication between departments, old-fashioned attitudes. There doesn't seem to be a lot of respect for the frontline employees, management on the other hand...
