    Pros

Amazing working conditions, demanding work, a lot of opportunities to grow within the organisation, great network, international conferences. Your extra initiative is usually rewarded.

    Cons

The job is voluntary without salary at lower levels. The working culture is quite tough and does not support the ideal work/life balance. Selection to the global headquarters can be quite political.

    Advice to Management

Introduce better practices for internal headhunting to keep the talent within the organization.

    Pros

Fast, young and dynamic environment where the results of your work can be seen and are at the same time contributing to the development of the community.

    Cons

As the organization is student run, and every year the leadership changes - sometimes there are GAPs in knowledge between generations, which results in decresed performance.

    Advice to Management

The only advice would be to understand that working in AIESEC is still a learning experience, so do try to remind your membership about it as well.
