Very professional atmosphere. Decent employee benefits. Stable salary.

Cons

There is a lack of career advancement if you are not a pilot.

Advice to Management

Fairly reward your employees based on their performance within their role. Stop advancing your favorite employees only.

    Comfy cubicle space
    year end bonus

    Cons

    extremely competitve (between yourself and co-workers, which they manufacture)
    high call volume
    few opportunities to advance
    repetitive calls
    difficult to feel like you are making a difference

    Advice to Management

    If you want people to have to sit there and listen to agents complain about the millions that they make, you may want to pay the reps more money.
