    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at AIG as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

nice big cubes, Close to major transportation.

    Cons

Salaries far below similar roles elsewhere in the industry. Legacy systems. Rampant office politics. Very bias if your not Indian.

    Advice to Management

Don't string along contractors with the promise of full-time jobs. If you never have the intent to hire on a contractor, don't make that part of the recruiting process.

Work towards improving on-boarding procedures for new hires. Much of the initial 2-3 weeks is under-utilized.

Work towards improving the training for new hires. That includes defining/sticking by the manager-led instruction schedule, assigning managers who can effectively teach the material, planning and executing effective sessions, and instituting formalized evaluations.

Some of your employees are so worthless, contractors are fast and hard working but management doesn't see that.
