Pros

AKIRA has been fun and has definitely been a place where you create your own path. You show up for AKIRA and AKIRA will show up for you! I have enjoyed my tenure here, have experienced opportunity to grow, and have grown in my management career as well. Expect to work hard but have a lot of fun while you are doing it. But hey, its retail. What retail place do you not work hard?

Cons

Not necessarily a con, just a fact. It is a fairly newer company than some of those giant companies out there so if you are looking for a company with set SOPs, that isn't necessarily there in all aspects. The cool thing about this though is that you can bring your expertise and build that structure in your particular store and this could possibly be adopted at higher levels. Very open to ideas and working to new levels.
