Pros

The last 3 years have seen a tremendous change in the Western European power generation market - with price per kilowatt falling more that 50%.This is a very difficult time in the industry and the companies current strategy and morale reflect this. Pro's 1.Younger female CEO gives a greater chance of "outside the box" solutions for the difficult business climate 2. Recently the firm has begun to re-enter or expand different western european markets across multiple products.

Cons

The current revenue situation is precarious with little prospect of improving over the near term with traditional earning streams. Cons 1. Total focus on cost cutting has hampered development of new opportunities. Also contributes to the regular job cutting cycles which appear to be happening on a unofficial biannual basis. 2. A new large scale push for outsourcing is leading to further internal resource cuts. With these points in consideration job security is constantly a source of reducing morale within the company. Unless the current revenue issues can be addressed then the outlook will continue to look bleak for some time to come.

Pros
