    Negative Outlook

I worked at AMResorts full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nothing. Horrible. You have a nice kitchen to warm the food

    Cons

The managers make bullying to the team. Not confortable atmosphere. Lack of respect from Marion who is in charge in France Market. She takes advantage of people and they don't give you any training. All faults are from you. She likes communicate the faults to rest of people to show that you are doing it bad. Massive emails to answers. NOT time to finish the tasks. A business to report. You can get sick here.

    Advice to Management

Respect people. They do not need to laugh about faults from the team. They play with the mind of the people.

I have been working at AMResorts full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The company is growing very fast, acquiring more hotels and getting to more destinations all the time. It is well structured and organized.

    Cons

The work load can be oversaturated if you are not fast enough or if you don't the have experience within the company. The company offers good benefits but the policies are not always applied in all the hotels.

    Advice to Management

Make every policy applicable to every hotel. And focus on the middle management too.
