      Pros

      There are cool team-building events and HR seems to really care about the employees. Distributed work works out great.

      Cons

      Politics hinder actual progress with a lot of projects. A lot of time, effort and energy is spent on blaming and complaints being sent up and down the hierarchy between departments.
