I have been working at ANSR Source for more than a year

    Pros

Great team of co-contractors to work with.

    Cons

The accounting team is offshore and they pay very slowly, if at all. The project managers are disorganized and do not keep good records. They cheated me out of many hours. I do not recommend working for this group as a contractor. You may not get paid.

    Advice to Management

    Pay your contractors!

I have been working at ANSR Source full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    1. Felxibility in time management- parental policy(20 hours WFH per week) 2. Food 3. 360 degree feedback 4. Top management trying to get some changes

    Cons

    1. too long working hours - 45 hrs per week 2. micro management 3. Parental policy not given to all.... manager discretion... it is like a trophy which you cannot get 4. management asks for ideas but not willing to implement them.

    Advice to Management

Most people take long breaks due to long working hours. These breaks add up to wasted time. it seems that productivity is often measured by how much time is spent. Tasks that can be finished early is extended to show productivity. the mindset that long working hours is equal to productivity is archaic and not at all fruitful.
