    I worked at APAC Customer Services full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Great on entry level experience. Training has come a long way over the years. Location is convenient to the majority of the area.

    Cons

    Lack of promotion from within. Pay disparity between hourly and salaried positions. (No incentive to move forward when these two are combined.)

    Performance based scheduling makes it difficult to go to school/college and causes changes to be made on a bi-weekly basis to your shift.

    No annual reviews for wages nor cost of living adjustments. Causes stagnation in higher-level departments,and thus lack of motivation or incentive to perform well.

    Advice to Management

    Address issues evenly across all departments at site, and have feedback from a variety of agents to assist in coming up with solutions that benefit the company together. Be more selective in hiring process to bring good talented people in from the beginning.

    I have been working at APAC Customer Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    there is a very little change within the job description, and when training is needed on new software the information is learned fast.

    Cons

    The work is very repetitive and, unless you are a star performer the management generally doesn't do as much as needed to become a better worker.

    Advice to Management

    I would advise to help your employees more or make sure that supervisors are willing to help those employees in trouble,
