I worked at APAC Customer Services full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

There are no pros of working for this company.

    Cons

As a level 1 representative, a team lead or a supervisor you have no interaction with APAC at all, other than the name that appears on your paycheck and the image that appears at the bottom of your email signature. The Corporate Human Resource Department determines which policy which policy applies to who. One representative could be written up for a Violation of Company policy and receive either a Verbal, Written or Final Warning and another representative could be fired for the same Violation of Company policy, both being first time offenders of the Company Policy they violated and equal in every sense possible, so there should be no different outcome of the warning between them. If your department closes down and they try to assign you to another department, if you decline and look for other employment opportunities because your original department closed down and seek employment years later, you will not be eligible for rehire. This is a horrible company to work for and is only worth working for if you just need a paycheck and nothing more.

    Advice to Management

Actually care about your employees. Every person I have met, and I have met a lot, does not care and only acts like they do. They preach about the developing strong employee value, but only preach and do not act upon.
