      Leadership doesn't have a clue on how to run the company. They have people in leadership positions that are not qualified to do the job.

      Pros

      Great group of people to work with, no politics or backbiting. Family-like working atmosphere and family oriented company. Comparable benefits and competitive salary.

      Cons

      I have not found anything negative about working here. Although it is sometimes difficult to fill some openings, all companies have that problem.
