Pros

Great company, well known in community, lots of business and huge asset to real estate development industry. Really enjoyed my 4 years there.

Cons

The culture is too lax and casual with no respect for appropriate professional conduct. What used to be a tiny office with a few folks is now a large company, yet they still behave as though they are "hanging out" and "friends" and, just like in high school, if you irritate a friend, you may not be friends anymore. So just like that, after 4 years of hard work, going above and beyond and repeat raises, bonuses and glowing reviews, I irritated the wrong person and I am out...didn't even get my vaca paid out. Anyone coming to work here should beware and watch your back.

Pros

Lots of growth and opportunity.

Cons

Insurance is expensive if you add a family. For an individual, it is mostly covered, but adding a family member or two is expensive, like with most other companies.

Pros

What I appreciated most was the company's commitment to its employees. Management recognized the importance of work-life balance and was willing to work with individual schedules when needed. This created a supportive and stable environment where employees felt respected, valued, and able to succeed both professionally and personally

Cons

My experience with the company changed significantly after a leadership transition. Under previous management, my contributions were recognized, and there was a strong emphasis on supporting employees and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. After the change, I felt that the workplace culture shifted, and despite being one of the top-producing members of my team, my accomplishments were not consistently acknowledged. I also experienced challenges regarding attendance and leave-related matters, including situations involving family bereavements and a natural disaster that affected my ability to work. Over time, I felt that the increasing workload and limited opportunities for recognition and advancement no longer aligned with my professional goals. As a result, I decided to pursue opportunities with organizations whose culture and values better matched my expectations for employee support, growth, and recognition.
