Pros

If you were liked by management your life was very easy.
Co workers are like family and will talk outside of work.
EDR had great food compared to other property's.
Uniform control efficient.

Cons

Lack of communication with the Management staff. Made it very difficult to do your job efficiently.
Micro Management.
Do not have health issues or they will find ways of termination.
Front Desk Management could be at times unhelpful, or cant handle the stress of the job and would take frustration out on agents.

Advice to Management

    Pros

    Culinary benefits package is great!

    Cons

Never know when it is time to make the "cuts" and find your name on the part time schedule. Job stability is a concern in the hospitality industry.

    Advice to Management

Praise the staff that puts in extra effort to maintain the 5 diamond resort. A little pat on the back won't hurt and will make us feel a lot better about our work. Don't concentrate on just the scores. Teamwork is the key.
