    People are very friendly, managers are flexible and understanding. Good salaries and benefits
    Certain locations are fun to work at

    lack of transparency
    lack of communication from the management
    stealth layoffs, we have had few already without prior notifications and its always sad see co worker let go or leave.

    Advice to Management

    improve on employee communications. Keep us all in the loop.
    $$$ and time on forecasting and planning of future products and company's direction
