I worked at ARYZTA full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They employ specialists from Mondelez or McCain as a managers. But not always good specialist is good manager as well.

    Cons

Respect for people. This is the way for success. Otherwise You will never find good people, except losers from the Mondelz.

    Advice to Management

You lost the chance to be good employer in Lower Silesia.

    I worked at ARYZTA full-time

    Pros

Tough to find any....many people are talented, but the good leaders leave and the ledtovers are week....and thats being generous.

    Cons

Lots of excuses. "Its a new business", "Its a career", "Built from ground up"....non of which are reasons to treat prople badly, consistently disappoint customers and promote people into leadership who have no clue or ability. Good news is the new CEO will have a chance to clean house and get it right -- the Canadian SVP and President should be worried. Look at your sales... enough said

    Advice to Management

Keep your resume updated, pratice your Ted talks...you'll be interviewing soon.
