    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

the only good thing about working at ASDA is your team members and meeting new people and getting to know the customers.

    Cons

all i can say is its an unorganised company at treats it staff wrong pay was never on time and most of the time wrong.

    Advice to Management

i feel that everyone should be informed on changes in the team everyone should be treated the same and have more felixablity for people who have children.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

The colleagues...great bunch of people. Majority of people genuinly get on, and i've met some great friends there. We have a laugh, sometimes at the customers expense, go out etc. Very social place to work

    Cons

The managers are fussy and overly interfering. They tend to wander around looking self important, complain when nothing gets done, whilst not actually doing anything to make sure colleagues have what they need to get things done.

    Pay could be better

    Advice to Management

Instead of hiring those people who think might best intimidate or annoy people into doing as they're told, hire some managers with actual leadership or people skills. I find people work best when they're actually doing their job, not explaining to the boss what they'd be doing right that minute if the boss hadn't interrupted them
