    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at ASMO North Carolina full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Job security, fast track "training" (i.e. thrown into the fire), acceptable work environment, decent benefits

    Cons

U.S. employees permitted to "play in the Japanese sandbox", time-based promotion instead of skill-based (lounge for 5 years for a promotion), lowest percentile salary, no bonuses, chaotic upper management power-flexing game, temp-heavy manpower, blame-game, un-compensated overtime, over 50% irrelevent "other" duties, language barrier, over-tasking way past the 40hr/wk load at already underpaid salary, Japanese constantly berating US employees in Japanese language, Japanese:American wage gap minimum 2:1 ratio respectively,

    Advice to Management

Move away from the "Black Company" status and the company will change from a revolving door to a flourishing business. Treat your educated staff (accountants, engineers, technicians, production controllers, etc.) correctly.

    Cons
