I have been working at ASSURANCE for less than a year

    Pros

    Paid Daily. Work from Home.

    Cons

They tell you that you need to be licensed in 12 states to start. You go through about 15-20 hours of training the first week. You work as an inbound transfer agent and get paid $20 per transfer. After training...crickets. The phone rings once maybe every two hours. The company tells you to throw more money at it by getting licensed in 25-30 states. Their system has constant errors. Leads are the same leads... over and over again with people not interested in life insurance. You are only quoting 1 company so you are not doing the customer due diligence as an agent. The voice signature will lose your sale quickly. If you look at other reviews, most of the positive were from Jan and Feb of this year or earlier. They flooded their agent pool in March and every review since March is negative as is this one. RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE. DON't WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A BUNCH OF LICENSES!
