Advice to Management

You preach work/personal balance, yet the hours that reps receive and the time off that is available does not accurately reflect this statement. Also if a person gets 30 surveys back and 2 are "bad" 25 receive a 9/10 out of 10 and 3 are 8's...is this person really considered to be a 70% satisfactory rep with customer service? I would say this person really takes care of a large majority of his/her customers and congratulate him/her on a job well done.

    Pension is nice but benefits for management the copayment is 2400

    Cons

    Outsourcing is seriously taking down customer satisfaction

    Advice to Management

    Stop with the customer satisfaction surveys if your going to tie them with sr vp compensation. Sales is out begging for tens and the only reason they get them is due to sales relationship not actual overall satisfaction

    OK Pay.
    Gives days off with a reasonable excuse.
    Prizes the team if you perform correctly.
    Constantly sends emails updating about new procedures.

    Cons

    You are sometimes pushed way to hard with the goals.
    If you're in a department with no available (that means call after call non-stop) it gets really stressful

    Advice to Management

    Praise more your employees when they do their job good and do not only focus in punishing them when they don't perform OK.
