    Pros

    At&t is generally upbeat and relaxed place to work, if you dont take sales criticism harshly.

    Cons

    They require you to hit targets that dont pay you. They consistently reduce commission nationally every few months despite how well the company performs. Place is riddled with office politics in upper management.

    Long days. Sometimes out late and back early the next day. Meeting metrics can be stressful at times

    Cons

    raises after you get hired are very small. they only give a 3% budget for increases. they also started offering managers the opportunity to decrease your bonus percentage if necessary
