Pros

This company has the best of everything when it comes to the latest technilogical advances in communications.

Cons

Upper management doesn't seem to be aware of the intrapersonal incompetence of some of their lower management personnel.

Advice to Management

Upper management should conduct more blue-collar to white collar meeting to improve pending indifferences between the two factions.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

They have health benefits better than many other companies.

    Cons

Management was robotic, at best. Morale from the top (Directors etc.) was poor and this filtered down to managers and then to reps. The overall atmosphere was gloomy from unrealistic goals.

    Advice to Management

Don't just be order takers from your daily emails. Question things, think outside the box..Buying donuts and orange juice doesn't get rid of a negative atmosphere that's created by upper management.
