I have been working at AT&T full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Higher salary than the average in the region. Good cooperation within team and other teams. Opportunity to grow - you are not stuck in one position if you have the will to go further.

    Cons

There is a great fluctuation of people in some teams which make it difficult to rely on co-workers. Sometimes it is tough to understand all those English accents from all around the world 😊

I worked at AT&T for less than a year

    Pros

Everyone seems to love their job. A lot of what AT&T is working on right now is pretty cutting edge, and they stay very competitive in their markets. It's exciting that they are expanding to be a multimedia company with the acquisition of Warner Media.

    Cons

The TDP program seems like it might hard to get out of it.
