    I worked at AT&T full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Big company with average benefits. Ability to move around after 2 years in job

    Cons

Poor management, poor environment, very low employee satisfaction rate. Would not recommend as an employer.

    Advice to Management

Wake up. Be more aware of employee needs.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Get to work primaraly by yourself.

    Cons

The Six Sigma tools that are designed to improve proccess and prevent re-work, are converted into a whiping post. When executing the new Uverse division Senior management correctly incorporated Six Sigma. However there 1st and 2nd line managers were never tought correctly on how to use these numbers as a tool. So managers are incredibly heavey handed on their Premise Technitions

    Advice to Management

My advice to senior managers is to create a quality assurance team for every third line manager. Have these teams report directly to area Vice Presidents. You cant have the fox in charge of the chickens.
