very strict on what some would consider unimportant details of everyday duties but each company has these issues some where.

Advice to Management

most listen to employees and get there responsibilities done much quicker

    Pros

    Decent benefits and hourly pay.

    Cons

Extremely micromanaged, with absolutely no room to grow. Company outsources everything to vendors and treats there real employees poorly.

I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

decent pay for a high school grade- hourly plus commission.
hourly caps at under 16 an hour.
commission can vary by store location and hours worked- and taxed at 40%
avg commission is 700-900 a month on top of hourly.

    Cons

dealing with people problems on a consistent basis. if you cant handle dealing with people... especially people yelling at you for company problems don't work here.

    Advice to Management

Don't micro manage- there are a lot of ATT products and we cant sell every single item in every transaction. Positive reinforcement goes a long way with us. Keep good morale in the store and your employees will love you. Treat us like garbage and we call HR- doesn't end well for you. :)
