    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    pay, benefits, team atmosphere inside location

    Cons

    contant pressure to grab more revenue out of customers when they keep becoming more saturated with texting and data plans, but still want you to change people that don't use their data to the highest plan to make the upper management look better

    the favoritism shown by upper management to certain reps or managers that kiss their rears and then if you dont play the game you are dumped on and labeled as a "non team player" or unmotivated

    The focus on the customer experience and the completely weighted survey results about how they want to be like apple or some other company. Maybe you should focus on being your own identity and not someone else.

    Company has became too large when it was its own company apart from the parent companies it was a great place to work. Then all the mergers happened and it became the we are bigger and better than anyone else because 3 companies joined together and the focus and atmosphere completely changed.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on treating all your employees in the stores that take all the angry customers and the inncocent customers and try to do your dirty work with more respect as human beings and perhaps you wouldn't always be last in the reports for customer satisfaction. That is your focus now perhaps you should start with treating your own peple better and see if that will pay off towards customers.

    work average 50+ ours a week including weekends. very demanding sales atmosphere/ retail environment.
