    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Plenty of opportunity for learning sales
Easy to make a good amount of money

    Cons

    Micro-managing
Incessant negative emails whether or not you are hitting your sales goals
Constant flow of angry customers (over half of incoming customers have complaints about the network)
Ever shifting focus. If you are getting tired of being told off for not hitting one goal, it wil be okay, the goal will change within a month.

    Advice to Management

Decide what is important and stay consistent. It felt like there was always an emergency and that if we didn't hit some arbitrary goal then we would be written up. Because the sales people make commission off of completely different sales matrices than management we were always being pulled between being successful for ourselves and making more money/ bonuses for management.
