I have been working at AT&T full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

The benefits are incredible and start as soon as your hired. The starting pay is quite adequate and increases are as they say.

Cons

The work schedule could use a bit of tweaking.....I.E., install and repair scheduling, not so many per day unless they have the personnel to cover it.

Advice to Management

It would do management a lot of good to do the job of Prem. Tech. for a week or so to see how unrealistic the job expectations are....length of time alotted per job is the biggest concern as you never know from one job to the next what you'll be up against. Personally, i love working with people when i do installs and repairs and find it very rewarding when i do the job beyond the customers expectations, even if it means taking another hour to do it as it should done and answer all questions the customer may have.

    Pros

    Benefits. Not the best, but fine.

    Cons

    They make metrics for everything, you have a quota for each thing. PR market has the highest.

    Advice to Management

    More Customer Service. Spanish help for Latins in IT and HR. I'm bilingual, but some technical issues are difficult to work with in English.

    Variety, Business Casual, Good pay, Good hours, vacation wonderful, good benefits

    Old school management style, unfair treatment among employees

    Advice to Management

    Look at the talent you have in your office, utilize and organize accordingly. Respect the good employees and do not be afraid to address the abusers.
