    Takes care of customer well and doesn't over bill.

    Slow process, hence need to quicken.

    The management needs to look into to being a little more agile.

    Pros

    Stable company with great benefits I just had a surgery that cost 42,000 and all I paid was 412.00. Can't ask for better than that.

    Cons

    Very structured program for advancement within the company makes it difficult to transfer to another job with a different division

    Advice to Management

    Cultivate the talent you already have working for you more agressively before hiring from outside te company.
