I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Great commission and starting hourly pay. If you like sales, and wireless telecommunications, then this is a great company to work for. I worked for an authorized retailer not a corporate location.

Cons

As with ALL wireless companies, they are not very LOYAL to their employees. If you miss sales quota once or twice you're pretty much gone, and even if you do your best and excel at your quotas, they can find ANY LITTLE reason to fire you at will. I have worked for three wireless companies in the past and was "let go" for stupid little things, but the real reason was just to let me go because I had hit the maximum hourly pay, and for them it's cheaper to start over than to keep paying their experienced workers more hourly wages.

Advice to Management

Learn to VALUE your employees and stop putting profit before people.

    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits and PDO and Vacation time, six week paid training

    Cons

AT&T is very strict on their attendance policy. You cannot miss any days within a year. Doctor visits, surgeries and etc are an unexcused absence. Also they want you to do things their way only, even if it may hurt the customer.

    Advice to Management

My manager was great but some managers needs to be more caring towards their employees.
