Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Outstanding benefits, health and whole package.

Cons

The company is very disorganized and it takes forever to get anything done. You spend more time trying to fix errors to help customers than actually selling. Very frustrating!

Advice to Management

Walk the talk. Set up the example. Show enthusiasm!

    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good pay, lots of independence. These are strong pluses.

    Cons

Lack of support on several products. When people fulfilling the product that was sold work for a different company and only make $8.00 that can be a problem.

    Advice to Management

Help employees to do a good job. Make sure all of our partners are on board with treating customers right.
