    Approves of CEO

I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

AT&T offers great benefits to all employees. The continous training that is offered and given is great for success on & off the job.

    Cons

There is to many people to answer to and the ability to give feedback to senior management is non-existant. I have always enjoyed sales in my career, however as of lately the the job was not fun due to those that manage from a far from the store locations.

    Advice to Management

    Accept feedback and take responsibilty.

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Brno center is the best place to start your career in networking and to learn this job

    Cons

salary is the negative... good for czech but small for the job you are doing... in other countries you get at least double...

    Advice to Management

keep your best men and don't let them leave so easily ; pay more and invest in trainings ; don't complain why people screw up changes and customers are not happy if you are continuing doing this and always bring people with no experience -> you get for what you pay
