    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good pay for entry level job.
    Free company phone to use.
Chance to play with new phones.
    Meet some great people.

    Cons

Just like all sales, you can never do enough.
Says the number one priority is customer service, but it is not. It's how much you can get a customer to spend.
Management changes almost every 6-12 months.
They bring in managers in with no previous sales experience.
    A lot of politics.

    Advice to Management

Instead of getting mad at employees because you get yelled at by upper management. Take the time to say good job for outstanding work. Reevaluate your idea of providing excellent customer service. When employees have to lie to and over charge customers because they're afraid of getting yelled at by you then the customer service is not a priority like AT&T likes to advertise.
