Great Pay for top craft.

Cons

Serious micro management issues, too many upper management staff trying to prove they are needed and not the problem.

    Pros

Your given a chance to work in an exciting fast passed industry. You can turn someones day around with great unexpected service. Money can be quite good but commissions are decreasing.

    Cons

Management can at times not have a clue about what is going on. I worked in a phone store where my manager knew nothing about any of the phones on the wall except the iphone. I'm not sure she knew we sold other phones. There are decreasing commission plans, as well as increased production standards. Getting more for less seems to be industry standard though.
